I can't recall who introduced it to me (am thinking it was during an online course early part of the pandemic) but am ever so grateful and use now daily the Pomodoro method. i.e. set a timer for 25 minutes to work on a task or even complete a task! And if the particular item on my 'to do' is less appealing/no motivation from my side, I might even set 15 minutes or 5 which tends to at least get me started. It is all in the start sometimes. Am always astonished at how much one can accomplish during this short period of time.

The Pomodoro method is great! I agree that the greater the resistance, the smaller the increment of time we might commit to. 😅 Whatever works!

Great to hear from you, Cathy!
